2025 International meet up

On June 29, 2025, the esteemed halls of Alliance Française de Delhi hosted DESIZN CIRCLE International’s (DCI) second International Felicitation Ceremony. This event celebrated students who have gained admission to prestigious global design universities. As a hallmark in DCI’s mission to cultivate internationally competent design talent, the ceremony focused on celebrations, mentorship, and guidance for budding designers.

The event commenced with an exclusive seminar and portfolio review by the renowned Istituto Marangoni a significant partner in fashion and design education. The team, consisting of Mr. Maheep Bubber, MBA , Ms. Sarabhjeet Kaur, Ms. Liam, and Mr. Jitender provided valuable insights into Marangoni’s application procedures, program offerings, and career opportunities in design. Their guidance was aimed at students seeking admission for 2026 and 2027, offering direct interaction with students and their families.

From 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the heart of the event was the Felicitation Ceremony. Pride and emotion filled the auditorium as students were called to receive certificates of achievement and tokens of appreciation. These accolades represented the culmination of their rigorous creative journeys, including portfolio development and interview preparation, under the mentorship of DCI. The ceremony celebrated not just their accomplishments but also the resilience and dreams these young designers embody. It was also an opportunity to honor the invaluable contributions of DCI’s faculty and mentors, who play a pivotal role in shaping each student’s journey.

A highlight of the ceremony was “The Alumni Connect: Real Stories, Real Inspiration,” featuring DCI alumni who are currently studying at top-tier design colleges globally. 

The alumni shared their experiences and insights, acting as a beacon of inspiration for aspiring designers. Notable alumni included smera sood at FIT New York, Soumya Buttan at SCAD, Naina Gayatri Nath at the Glasgow School of Art, and Ishita yadav and Shyraa Luthra at UAL. Their stories brought to life the possibilities awaiting DCI graduates, further emphasizing the global reach and potential of Desizn Circle International’s training and guidance.
